Order Processing

Once your order is placed, we will process it as soon as possible. Please ensure that you enter the correct name, address, and other details during the ordering process. We cannot be held liable for errors made in the address, email address, etc.

Shipping Locations

Items in stock will be shipped immediately from our warehouse in The Netherlands. In rare cases, items may not be in stock in Europe and will be shipped from outside the European Union. Please note that shipments may be split into sub-deliveries, and delivery times may vary due to longer transit times and customs clearance.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you have ordered the wrong item and wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@pearlalmanac.com as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping rates:

  • Netherlands: Free home delivery on orders over €100. For orders under €100, shipping costs are €3.99.
  • EU: Free home delivery on orders over €100. For orders under €100, shipping costs are €5.99.
  • Other countries outside the EU: Free home delivery on orders over €500. For orders under €500, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and vary by country.

Delivery Times

We estimate the following delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping Netherlands: 3-6 business days
  • International Shipping EU: 5-8 business days
  • International Shipping outside the EU: 7-15 business days (due to longer transit times and customs clearance)

Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped to an address outside the EU, import duties and taxes may be payable. These are levied upon delivery of the shipment to the specified delivery address. You are responsible for payment of these import duties and taxes. We recommend contacting your local customs for further information.
